GEO agency
in India
Get your brand recommended inside AI answers.
Open ChatGPT right now and ask it to name the best companies in your category in India. Read the list.
If your competitor is on it and you aren't, you don't have a ranking problem. You have a citation problem and it's quietly costing you deals that never reach your website, your sales team, or your reporting.

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the process of optimizing your website and content to improve visibility in AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and other generative search engines. By creating well-structured, authoritative, and context-rich content, GEO enables AI systems to discover, understand, and reference your brand in their responses, helping you gain visibility within AI-generated answers, not just traditional search engine results.
When someone asks an AI assistant a question, the model doesn't rank ten pages and hand over a list. It assembles an answer. To do that it pulls from three places at once: whatever it retrieved from the live web in that moment, whatever was baked into its training data months or years earlier, and whatever independent sources have said about the brands involved.
Your website feeds one of those three inputs. Sometimes.
That's the part most agencies still haven't absorbed. You can have flawless technical SEO, a fast site, clean markup, and still be completely absent from the answers your buyers are reading, because the model never had a reason to trust you enough to name you.
Why your website alone can't get you cited
Language models weigh what other people say about you far more heavily than what you say about yourself. A product page claiming you're India's leading manufacturer carries almost no weight. Four independent trade publications, a comparison site, a Reddit thread and an industry directory all describing you the same way carries a great deal.
That repetition across independent sources builds entity consensus: a stable, agreed-upon set of facts about who you are and what you're good at. Models reach for brands they have consensus on, because those are the safest to name.
Which means the real work of GEO happens on other people's websites. It's slower than editing your own pages, harder to fake, and much harder for a competitor to copy once you've built it.
GEO, AEO and SEO: where each one actually works
We get asked this in almost every first call, usually phrased as "aren't these all the same thing with different names?" They're not. They target different surfaces and they're won with different work.
Most brands need all three running together. SEO earns the authority that makes the other two possible. AEO wins Google's own answer surfaces. GEO wins the conversation happening inside the AI assistant, where nobody sees a results page at all.
If you're already running SEO services or answer engine optimisation with us, GEO layers on top. Nothing gets replaced and nothing gets duplicated.
Five signs you're invisible to AI search
You can check four of these in the next two minutes. Open a new tab, then tap the ones that land.
Try it with and without "in India" and "in Delhi NCR". If the list is full of competitors and you're missing, that answer is being shown to your buyers too.
Wrong services, outdated leadership, a merger that never happened, confusion with a similarly named business. All of it happens, and all of it is being repeated to people evaluating you.
Classic signature of AI summarising your content and keeping the click. Your work is feeding the answer while somebody else gets named as the source.
Smaller company, thinner site, fewer backlinks and yet they're the one the model names. That's almost always because they're cited in more of the places the model reads.
Not a criticism. Nearly every brand we speak to is in this position. But you can't manage what you've never measured, and AI answers are being generated about you today either way.
What a GEO with Trigital Solutions includes
Eight workstreams. Depending on your category and starting position, we'll run all of them or sequence the ones that move the needle first.
AI visibility baseline audit
We test 50 to 150 real buying-intent prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, then record who gets cited, what each platform says about you, and which sources those answers pull from. This becomes the scorecard everything else is measured against.
Prompt and query mapping
Buyers don't type keywords into AI assistants. They type full questions, follow up, and narrow down over several turns. We build the map of what those conversations actually look like in your category, at every stage from early research to final shortlist.
Citation source engineering
Every category has a set of domains that AI answers keep pulling from: industry directories, comparison sites, trade publications, Reddit threads, review platforms, association listings. We identify yours, find where you're missing, and earn you placement on them.
Digital PR for AI consensus
Coverage in publications that models treat as credible, written so the same facts about your business repeat across independent sources. Consistency across many mouths is what turns a mention into a recommendation.
Entity and knowledge graph building
Wikidata presence, consistent name and address data everywhere you appear, sameAs linking across profiles, founder and leadership entities, structured organisation data. This is how a model learns you exist as a distinct thing rather than a string of words.
Technical structuring and schema
JSON-LD across service, FAQ and organisation markup, clean heading hierarchy, and crawler access for GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot and Google-Extended. Plenty of sites are invisible for the plain reason that they've accidentally blocked the crawlers.
AI-optimised content creation
Original research, proprietary data, honest comparison pages and definitive guides, written so a model can lift a clean claim and attribute it to you. Content with a number in it that exists nowhere else is the single most citable asset you can own.
AI visibility monitoring and reporting
Monthly tracking of share of voice per prompt, citation counts by platform, sentiment, and whether the description of your business is factually right. Same prompts, same platforms, measured against the baseline, every month.
How we run a GEO campaign
Baseline
We build your prompt set, run it across every platform, and map which sources feed the answers in your category. You get a scorecard showing how many prompts name you, how many name each competitor, and what the models currently believe about your business. Most clients find this uncomfortable reading. That's the point.
Gap analysis
We compare the sources feeding your category's answers against where you currently appear. The output is a specific list: these fourteen domains shape the answers, you're on three of them, here's what it takes to get on the other eleven.
Authority roadmap
Citation targets, content assets and entity fixes, ranked by effort against likely impact and sequenced across the engagement. You approve it before anything gets built.
Execution
Content production, outreach, placements, technical fixes and entity work all running in parallel. Weekly progress notes so you can see what shipped.
Re-test
Same prompt set, same platforms, same method. We show you the before and after screenshots side by side. Movement gets demonstrated rather than described.
Compound
Widen the prompt set, defend the citations you've won, adapt as the platforms change their retrieval behaviour, which they do often.
GEO doesn't move in week two. Citation-level change usually shows between weeks eight and fourteen, and the compounding effect keeps building well past month six. Anyone promising you AI visibility inside thirty days is selling you schema markup with a new label on it.
GEO metrics you can hold us to
Vague reporting is how agencies hide. Here's every number we report, and what each one means.
Prompt share of voice
Of the 100 tracked prompts in your set, how many name your brand? The headline number, and the one we're accountable for.
Citation count by platform
How many distinct AI answers link to your domain, split by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. Platforms behave differently and we don't average them into one meaningless figure.
Answer accuracy
When AI describes your business, is it correct? We track factual errors, flag them, and work to correct the underlying sources that caused them.
Sentiment and positioning
Are you framed as the category leader, a reasonable alternative, or an afterthought mentioned last? The framing matters as much as the mention.
Competitive displacement
Prompts where your brand replaced a named competitor between one report and the next. The most satisfying line in the deck.
Where we work
ChatGPT
The largest AI assistant by usage, and increasingly where buyers start vendor research. Pulls from both training data and live browsing, so presence needs to be built on two timescales at once.
Perplexity
The most citation-heavy platform of the group, and the easiest place to see whether your work is landing. Perplexity shows its sources, which makes it our fastest feedback loop.
Gemini
Deeply connected to Google's own understanding of entities, so knowledge graph and Wikidata work pays off here more directly than anywhere else.
Claude
Widely used in professional and enterprise settings, where considered B2B purchases get researched. Rewards depth, accuracy and well-structured source material.
Industries we run GEO for
B2B SaaS and considered-purchase categories see the fastest returns from GEO, because that's exactly where buyers are already asking AI assistants for shortlists before they speak to anyone.

Why choose Trigital as your GEO agency
We test rather than theorise
Every recommendation in your roadmap traces back to a prompt we actually ran on a platform your buyers actually use. No generic checklists, no borrowed playbooks from a US agency's blog post.
Off-site is where we do the work
Most Indian agencies selling GEO right now are selling on-page schema with a new label. Schema matters and we do it, but the citations that decide AI answers live on other people's websites. Earning those is the harder, slower, more valuable half of the job and the half we're built around.
One strategy across SEO, AEO and GEO
Three separate vendors produces three sets of conflicting recommendations and a lot of wasted retainer. We run search as one programme with one owner.
Content and AI video produced in-house
When the roadmap calls for a research report, a comparison page or a video with proper transcript and schema work, we make it. No waiting on a third party who doesn't understand why it's being commissioned.
Reporting you can verify yourself
Your monthly report names every prompt, every platform and every date, with last month's screenshots sitting next to this month's.
What our clients say

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a GEO agency?+
A GEO agency helps your brand get cited and recommended inside answers generated by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. The work covers off-site citation building, digital PR, entity and knowledge graph development, technical readiness for AI crawlers, and ongoing measurement of how often your brand appears in AI answers.
What's the difference between GEO, AEO and SEO?+
SEO gets you ranking on a search results page. AEO gets you into Google's own answer surfaces: featured snippets, People Also Ask and AI Overviews. GEO gets you named inside answers generated by AI assistants, where there's no results page at all. SEO is largely on-site and link-driven, AEO is structural, and GEO depends mostly on what independent sources say about you.
How long does generative engine optimization take to show results?+
Citation-level movement typically appears between weeks eight and fourteen. Technical and entity fixes can register faster, sometimes within a month, while the authority built through digital PR and citation placement compounds across six to twelve months. Anyone promising meaningful AI visibility in thirty days is describing schema work, not GEO.
Why is Trigital Solutions the best GEO agency in India?+
Trigital Solutions combines proven SEO expertise with AI-first GEO strategies to help businesses get discovered on platforms like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude. We optimize your content, website, and brand authority so AI search engines can understand, trust, and cite your business driving greater visibility, qualified traffic, and long-term growth.
Can you actually control what ChatGPT says about my brand?+
No, and treat anyone who claims otherwise with suspicion. What you can do is influence it, sometimes substantially. Models draw on public sources, so changing what those sources say changes what gets generated. Factual errors are the most fixable, because they usually trace to a specific outdated page we can identify and get corrected.
Do I need GEO if my SEO is already strong?+
Strong SEO helps, and it's the foundation GEO builds on, but it isn't sufficient by itself. Ranking first for a keyword doesn't guarantee you'll be named when someone asks an assistant for a recommendation. We regularly see brands ranking in the top three organically who appear in under 10% of the AI prompts in their own category.
How much do GEO services cost in India?+
Pricing depends on category competitiveness, how many prompts you want tracked, and whether GEO runs standalone or alongside existing SEO work. A one-off audit sits well below a retainer. We don't publish fixed packages because scope for a regional service business and a national SaaS brand look nothing alike. The audit gives us both a real number to work from.
Which AI platforms do you optimise for?+
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. The weighting depends on where your buyers actually are, which the baseline audit establishes before we commit to a plan.
Does GEO work for small businesses and startups?+
Often better than for large enterprises in the early stages. Category niches and regional queries have far less competition inside AI answers, and a focused business with genuine expertise can build citation presence faster than a large brand with a slow content approval chain. Narrow categories are the easiest to win.
What if AI is describing my business incorrectly?+
This is one of the more fixable problems in GEO and one of the most damaging to leave alone. We trace the error to its source usually an outdated directory listing, an old press release, a stale Wikipedia edit or an abandoned profile, then correct the source and build enough consistent, current information around it that the accurate version becomes the one models settle on.
