  • Building and managing strong relationships with clients with regard to online digital projects (SEO,SMO,PPC,Creative)
  • Performance Marketing
  • Collecting regular feedback from clients and sharing insights for the development.
  • Handling Queries of Clients and fixing issues through proper co-ordination, Responsible for revenue generation/ payment collection from existing customers.
  • Collaborating with other teams, Coordinating the execution of the various elements of the project & Identifying account growth opportunities.
  • Thorough knowledge of the processes involved in agency functioning, Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social platforms, Thorough understanding of support departments and their functioning.
